What happens if I need to reschedule a filming day, and is there a minimum contract term?

Life happens, and we understand that. If you need to reschedule, we’ll work together to find a new date that keeps your content calendar on track. Our agreement has an initial term of three months, with automatic renewal terms. Either party can provide 30 days’ notice before the end of a term if they wish to conclude the relationship.

Who owns the content after it's created, and what happens if we end our relationship?

You own the content. Our contract clearly states that all content we create for you is considered “works made for hire” and remains your property even after our relationship ends. We retain a license to use the content for our own portfolio and case studies, but the content itself—and all the authority it’s built—remains yours.
